What To Do - BEFORE YOUR DETAILER ARRIVES

  • Confirm with us the vehicle location and Garage / Access / Gate codes if applicable.
  • Please remove all objects and valuables from the car prior to our arrival, including from your console and glove box. only leave the items that you wish to discard.
  • Inform us promptly of any specific concerns about your vehicle. or areas that requires more attentions.
  • Confirm the desired services and the expectations with us at booking and prior to performing the work. Remember we care about your 100% satisfaction.
  • Please ensure the engine is cool if you requested the engine bay detail in your package.

Weather and Cancellation Policy

Weather: We keep a close watch on weather. If the forecast calls for moderate/heavy rain, We will call you to ask if you have a covered garage area for the service to be provided. If not, we can bring our canopy or reschedule.

Cancellation: We always contact the customer the day before an appointment to confirm. We understand that scheduling issues come up. Please contact us, phone or text 754-264-7044 if you need to reschedule or cancel.

  • NO CHARGE for Cancellations over 24 hours in advance notice.
  • A $20 cancellation fee is required for Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
